Freddy Babayan prides himself on handling his real estate business personally. The Southern California native was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and has lived in Orange County since 1998. Licensed and full time in real estate since 1997, he’s had his brokers license since 2004 and over the course of his career has closed over $400 million in sales. He is a proud recipient of multiple awards and certifications from previous brokerages (Century 21 Beachside Realtors in Huntington Beach). Orange County is Babayan’s area of focus. The majority of his business comes from past clients and referrals. And it’s little wonder: he handles everything one on one with his clients, from start to finish. 100% of the transactions are handled by Babayan personally, not handed off to an assistant. He prides himself on answering his phone and responding personally to all communications. In his spare time, he works as a volunteer coaching youth football and basketball leagues, supports local animal welfare and rescue organizations as well. He also enjoys pursuing his interests in golf, dogs, landscaping, sporting events and classic cars. His family also includes his 28 year old son Austin, and Shelby, a seven year old female boxer mix rescued from Newport Beach Shelter.
